Verification Request Form
Verification requests allow Fullerton College to confirm to third parties that you are, or were previously, enrolled as a student, or to provide documentation related to your time here. You may need these services for job applications, insurance discounts, scholarship eligibility, or transferring to another institution.
The A&R Office can provide:
- Enrollment Verification
- Letters of Non-Enrollment
- Student Conduct Form Completion
- Common Application College Reports
- Cross Enrollment Forms
Free Enrollment & Degree Verification
Fullerton College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide free degree and enrollment verification for current and former students, available immediately online.

Access to myGateway
- Processing time can take 7 to 10 business days to complete for regular requests once it has been received by the Fullerton College Admissions & Records office. $3 per verification request.
- Processing time can take 1 to 2 business days to complete for rush requests once it has been received by the Fullerton College Admissions & Records office. $3 per verification and $10 to rush.
Unable to log into myGateway
Students not able to log into myGateway will have to create a NextGen account to complete the form.
