Verification Request Form

Verification requests allow Fullerton College to prove to third parties that you are, or were previously, enrolled as a student. There are many situations in which you may need to provide verification of your student status, such as applying for a job, seeking a discount on insurance, or transferring to a new institution. The Admissions & Records Office provides several convenient options to help you verify your enrollment that can be delivered via email, mail, or to be picked up:

  • Enrollment verification
  • Letters of Non-Enrollment
  • Completing Common Application College Reports
  • Completing Cross Enrollment forms

Free enrollment and degree verifications:

Fullerton College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide Degree and Enrollment Verification of past and present Fullerton College students. This service is free of charge and may be obtained immediately online.

Access to myGateway

  • Processing time can take 7 to 10 business days to complete for regular requests once it has been received by the Fullerton College Admissions & Records office.  $3 per verification request.
  • Processing time can take 1 to 2 business days to complete for rush requests once it has been received by the Fullerton College Admissions & Records office.  $3 per verification and $10 to rush.

Unable to log into myGateway

Students not able to log into myGateway will have to create a NextGen account to complete the form.
