Request Your Official Fullerton College Records
The Admissions & Records Office prepares and permanently retains a record of each student's academic work. Use the options in this guide to request, view, or share your official records.
Currently, only coursework taken at Fullerton College will be shown on the transcript. Transfer credits are included only if other college coursework has been used to fulfill graduation requirements.
The first two transcripts (lifetime) a student requests are FREE.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), records may not be released to a third party without the prior written authorization of the student. A valid picture ID of the student or authorized person is required for ALL transactions made in person.
Please Note: There may be a delay in processing transcript requests with records prior to the Fall of 1989.

Only coursework taken at Fullerton College will be shown on the transcript. Transfer credits are included only if other college coursework has been used to fulfill graduation requirements.
Students are highly encouraged to verify that all grade changes, academic renewal, course repeat adjustment requests, and certificate/degree postings are complete prior to requesting a transcript.
Official transcripts from other colleges are kept on file in the Admissions & Records Office for a maximum of five (5) years. If you have completed additional college coursework since you last attended or have been absent for more than five years, you must have your official transcripts sent to Fullerton College immediately if you are pursuing a degree or transfer certification.

Frequently Asked Questions
Visit the Certree — Login or Sign Up (opens in new tab) page, click "Sign Up," and follow the instructions to create your free account.
You can use any email address, but using your personal email is recommended for lifelong access. To verify and retrieve records instantly, your Certree email should match the one we have on file from your student records.

Sharing your records involves a small fee per transaction or subscription, clearly outlined during the sharing process.

Yes. Students who wish to use their chosen or affirmed name on official records have two options:

- Update directly in myGateway: Log into myGateway (opens in new tab), go to the "My Information" widget, click "Update Information", then on the "Personal Information" page click Edit under "Personal Details". Enter your chosen/preferred name in the "Preferred First Name" box.

If you select Share via Mail when requesting your transcript in Certree, you will need to download and print both:
- Your Official Academic Transcript
- The Certree certification page that verifies authenticity
These two documents must be mailed together to the receiving institution. Certree does not mail transcripts on your behalf.
How Certree matches your record: Certree first attempts to match using your Social Security Number (SSN) or Student ID number. If there is no SSN on file with Fullerton College, Certree will try to match using the email address and phone number we have on file.
Common reasons you may not be located:
- No SSN on file and your Certree email or phone does not match our records.
- You do not remember your Student (Banner) ID and cannot confirm your identity.
What to do:
- If your contact info has changed, update our records using the Student Information Change Form (opens in new tab).
- Create or sign in to Certree using your personal email. For the fastest match, use the same email and phone that Fullerton College has on file.
- If you still cannot be located, please visit our Admissions & Records Zoom Room (opens in new tab) — we can help!
What to have ready when you join: your full name used while attending, a photo ID, date of birth, Student ID if known, and your last term and year of attendance.
Fullerton College has fully transitioned to Certree for requesting and sharing all official academic credentials. This transition ensures enhanced security, immediate document retrieval, and greater control over your personal academic records.
If you previously placed an order through Parchment and have questions or concerns, please contact the Admissions & Records Office directly at transcript@fullcoll.edu.
