Student ID Cards

Fullerton College ID cards are the primary method of student identification on campus. Your card gives you access to the library, labs, student activities, and campus discounts.

New Student

First Time Getting an ID

If you're registered for at least 0.5 units, you qualify for a free Fullerton College student ID card. Stop by during production hours.

Returning Student

Already Have a Card

If you already have a Fullerton College ID from a previous semester, you do not qualify for a new one. Bring your current ID to receive a validation sticker for the current term.

What to Bring

Come prepared so we can get you in and out quickly.

🪪 Valid Physical ID

Driver's license, state ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

⚠️ Physical Copy Only

Photos or digital scans of IDs are not accepted. You must bring the physical card.

🎓 Current Registration

Be registered for at least 0.5 units in the current term.

📸 Photo Guidelines

  • Face forward with your eyes open and smile
  • No hats or sunglasses
  • Religious or medical head coverings are allowed

Additional Information

If you already have a campus ID card from a previous semester, bring it to one of the following locations during open hours to receive a new validation sticker:

  • Admissions & Records Office (Lower Level, Building 2000)
  • Hornet Resource Center
  • Student Center

Validation stickers are free and confirm your enrollment for the current term.

Replacement ID cards cost $14. Visit the Office of Admissions & Records during production hours for a replacement.

Tip: Payment can be made at the Bursar's Office, located across the lobby from Admissions & Records.

If you have a chosen name that you'd like reflected on your Campus Photo ID card, you can receive a replacement ID card at no cost.

To update your ID:

  1. Submit a Student Information Change Form with Admissions & Records.
  2. Wait at least 24 hours for the update to process.
  3. Visit the Admissions & Records office during ID production hours to pick up your replacement card.

If your schedule doesn't allow you to come in during regular production hours, we're happy to set up an appointment.
