Enrollment Verifications
Need to verify your enrollment or degree status? Choose from the verification options on this page to get official documentation for employers, lenders, housing providers, government agencies, and more.
Option 1 — National Student Clearinghouse Free
Use this for: student loan deferments, EDD, credit issuers, health insurance, housing, scholarships, selected government forms, employment verification, training, and travel.
Fullerton College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide free, instant degree and enrollment verification through myGateway. This is the most widely accepted verification method.
- Go to myGateway (opens in new tab) and log in.
- Click Student Tools in the Tools section.
- Click Student Services.
- Click Enrollment Verification via National Student Clearinghouse.
- Click Fullerton College Enrollment Verification via National Student Clearinghouse.
- Select Current Enrollment or All Enrollment.
- Click Obtain an Enrollment Certificate. A PDF will open for you to print or save.
If you no longer have access to your myGateway (opens in new tab) account, update your email using the Student Information Change Form (opens in new tab). Once updated, use the "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" options on the myGateway login page.

Option 2 — Certree Digital Credentials $5 to Share
Use this for: sharing a digitally signed, instantly verifiable credential directly with an employer, institution, or any recipient via a secure link — no printing required.
Viewing your credential is free. Sharing it with a third party costs $5 per share.
Fullerton College is an authorized partner of Certree, a secure platform for digital credential delivery. Your enrollment or degree credential is cryptographically signed and can be verified instantly by any recipient.
- Visit certree.com/us (opens in new tab) and log in or create a free account.
- Search for Fullerton College and select your credential type (Enrollment or Degree).
- Submit your request. Certree will verify your enrollment with Fullerton College.
- Once confirmed, view your credential for free — or pay $5 to share it securely with a recipient via a verified digital link.
Option 3 — Admissions & Records Office Fee Required
If the National Student Clearinghouse cannot fulfill your verification request, you may request verification directly from the Admissions & Records Office.

CalGrant GPA Verification
⚠ Take this form directly to the Financial Aid Office
If you have a CalGrant GPA Verification form, take it to the Fullerton College Financial Aid Office to have it completed. GPA verification is managed by Financial Aid — do not submit it through Admissions & Records.
Verifying a Student's Enrollment or Degree
If you are an employer, lender, housing provider, or government agency seeking to verify a Fullerton College student's enrollment or degree status, you can do so directly through the National Student Clearinghouse — no need to contact the college.
- Visit the NSC Verification Portal for Organizations (opens in new tab).
- Search for the student using their name and institution (Fullerton College).
- Results are provided securely and come directly from Fullerton College's enrollment records.
Note: Fullerton College cannot release student records to third parties without proper authorization. All verification requests are handled in compliance with FERPA.
