Please be advised that Fullerton College WILL BE CLOSED from December 21, 2017 –January 1, 2018 for the winter break.

    We will be open on December 18, 19 and 20, 2017 from 8:00 am-12:00pm. Below are the processing times for transcript pick up orders placed via TranscriptsPlus:

    Transcript pick-up requests submitted on or after Dec 20th to Jan 1st – available for pick up Thursday Jan 4th.

    Transcript pick-up requests submitted on or after Jan 2nd – available for pick up on Monday Jan 8th.

    Please note: transcript requests that include IGETC/CSU certification will be processed by Monday Jan 8th.

The Admissions & Records Office prepares and permanently retains
a record of each student’s academic work. Currently only coursework taken
at Fullerton College will be shown on the transcript. Transfer credits
are included only if other college coursework has been used to
fulfill graduation requirements.

The first two transcripts (lifetime) a student requests are FREE. However, FREE requests are not available through TranscriptPlus® (Credentials). You must request FREE orders in-person at the Admissions & Records counter.

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), records may not be released to a third party without prior written authorization of the student.  A valid picture ID of the student or authorized person is required for ALL transactions made in person.

Former Students & Alumni (Unable to access myGateway)

Fullerton College has contracted with Credentials Solutions to provide transcript ordering, printing and delivery. Your transcript request is securely linked to the TranscriptsPlus System hosted by Credentials, Inc. Credentials, Inc. is the vendor to Fullerton College who provides transcripts through an encrypted and secure service.

Former Students and alumni (who do not have access to myGateway) can request a transcript online virtually anywhere using the TranscriptsPlus System (Credentials System). Payment must be made by debit or credit card.

If you need your transcript quickly it is highly recommended that you choose the PDF option, as it can take up to 10 business days from the day your order is completed for you to receive a transcript sent via 1st class mail. However, please be aware that when sending a PDF transcript to yourself, it cannot then be forwarded to a different email address. Forwarding a PDF transcript makes it unofficial. If your transcript is going to a third party, you should have it sent directly to their email address.  This ensures that the transcript will still be considered an official Fullerton College document.

Order by Phone
Students wanting to place an order over the telephone may do so by calling Credentials, Inc. and using the TranscriptsPlus ordering system. Operators are available Monday through Thursday from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. Central Time and on Friday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. There is an additional $10.00 surcharge for all telephone requests. Users must use a credit card and have access to either an e-mail account or fax machine in order to provide a written authorization for release of the transcript. Order for in Person Pick-up

Submit your order online and select Rush Request as service option.

Computers are avaliable in our lobby in the 2000 Student Services building for your convience.

Please Note: Requests for same day pick-up must be made between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm; these transcipts can be picked-up after 3:00 pm.  Rush requests  submitted after 2:00 pm can be picked up after 10:00 am the next business day.   Students must present a picture ID when picking up transcripts from the admissions and records office.

Check the Status of your Order

Students can check the status of their request through Credentials’ self-service portal. Students will receive regular email updates about the status of their order.

Unofficial Transcripts

You can view and/or download your unofficial transcript through myGateway if you have attended Fullerton College from Fall 1989 and after. We do not issue online unofficial transcripts for records prior to Fall 1989, they must be requested in person at the admissions and records office.

TranscriptPlus Authorization Info

In order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), all transcript orders require authorization.  Fullerton College provides the following procedure(s) for authorizing transcript orders:

  • Your order can be authorized by e-signature or signing an Authorization Form that we will provide at the end of this ordering process and returning this form via fax or mail.
  • Fullerton College provides an additional way to automatically authorize your order if:
    • You attended Fullerton College any time from 1989 to the present
    • The billing name on the credit card you use to pay for this order matches both the student name on this order and the student name in their records
    • A specific number of fields in this order such as Student ID, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth match the information in their records

Records are accessed at Fullerton College after your order has been submitted, we cannot tell you definitively at the time of ordering that your order will qualify for Automatic Authorization. If we successfully authorize your order, we will notify you of that fact. If we are unable to automatically authorize your order, we will send you an Authorization Form that you must then sign and return via fax or mail before your order can be completed.

Electronic/PDF Transcripts

What are E-Transcripts

The term E-Transcript refers to any transcript that is delivered to the recipient in an electronic format instead of being printed and mailed to the recipient. The availability of specific E-Transcript delivery options depends on the individual institution. This means that some institutions may offer one or more options for delivering your transcript electronically and other institutions may not offer any electronic options.

What does “PDF Delivered electronically to recipient” mean?

When you see this option on the screen it means that your transcript will be created as a PDF document and we will then notify the intended recipient that it is ready to be downloaded. This method is generally used when you have designated an individual or other non-educational institution who is not a participant in our network as the recipient.

What does this mean to me and why should I prefer this method of delivery over other methods such as 1st class mail?

This option represents one of the fastest methods for delivering your transcript to the receiving institution. Using this option normally means that once the sending school has completed the processing of your order, it will be delivered much faster to the receiving institution. In addition, we will send you an email confirming the delivery so you will know immediately that your transcript has been received. With traditional “First-Class Mail”, there is no way to confirm that your transcript has been received.

How to I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order by visiting Self-Service Plus. You will need your original order number as well as the Student ID number or Social Security number that you entered on your order.
