Degree & Enrollment Verification

Fullerton College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide Degree and Enrollment Verification of past and present Fullerton College students. This service is free of charge and may be obtained immediately online.

When to Use the National Student Clearinghouse

Enrollment Verification Certificates for the following uses must be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse:

How to Obtain a Free Enrollment Verification Certificate via myGateway

1. Go to myGateway and log in.
2. Click Student Tools located in the Tools section.
3. Click Student Services.
4. Click Enrollment Verification via National Student Clearinghouse.
5. Click Fullerton College Enrollment Verification via National Student Clearinghouse.
6. Select Current Enrollment or All Enrollment.
7. Click Obtain an Enrollment Certificate. A PDF of your enrollment certificate will open for you to print or save.

If you or a third party requires degree status or enrollment history, visit the National Student Clearinghouse website to obtain this information quickly, securely, and legally.

If you have a discrepancy with information obtained through the National Student Clearinghouse and need to re-verify, contact their customer service at (703) 742-4200. All information obtained through the National Student Clearinghouse comes directly from Fullerton College.

Cannot Be Verified Through the Clearinghouse?

If the National Student Clearinghouse cannot fulfill your verification request, you may request verification directly from the Admissions & Records Office for a fee.

Verification Request Form

• Standard requests — $3.00 per form, up to 10 working days to process.
• Rush requests — $10.00 plus $3.00 per form, available for pick-up or mailed within 24–48 hours.

Note: All outstanding fines and/or fees must be cleared before any information can be released.

CalGrant GPA Verification

If you have a CalGrant GPA Verification form, take it directly to the Fullerton College Financial Aid Office to have it completed. Do not submit it through the Admissions & Records Office.
