First Transcripts
The Admissions & Records Office permanently retains a record of each student's academic work. Only coursework taken at Fullerton College will appear on the transcript.
2 Free Transcripts
Each student is entitled to two (2) academic transcripts at no charge.
Processing Time
Allow 7–10 business days once your request is received by A&R.
Transfer Credits
Transfer credits appear only when used to fulfill Fullerton College graduation requirements.
Before requesting: Verify that all grade changes, academic renewal, course repeat adjustments, and certificate/degree postings are complete.

Option 1

Use this form if you have an active myGateway account and can sign in successfully. You'll be authenticated through your existing student credentials.
Option 2
I Cannot Log Into myGateway
Use this form if you don't have a myGateway account or are unable to sign in. You'll need to create a free NextGen account to submit the form.
