Fullerton College offers payment plans through Nelnet for students who need a flexible option for paying fees not covered by Financial Aid.

Your payment plan is connected to one term, like Fall, Spring, or Summer. So if your payment plan is for Fall and you decide to pay part of it directly, make sure to contact Admissions & Records or the Bursar so we apply it to the right place.

Got a credit sitting from a previous or future term? It won't automatically count toward your current payment plan unless you ask us to move it over. Just give A&R or the Bursar's Office a call or email.

Unpaid Balance Holds

Students who owe $100 or more will have a UB (Unpaid Balance) hold placed on their record, which prevents them from adding, dropping, or changing classes.

Signing up for a payment plan will prevent or remove the UB hold for your current term balance.

Prior-term holds: If you have unpaid balance holds from a previous term, contact Admissions & Records for further assistance.

$25 non-refundable setup fee Required when enrolling in any payment plan.
New plan each term Plans don't carry over — enroll again each semester.
Sign up early More installments and a reduced down payment for earlier enrollees.

Before You Begin

  • Your myGateway student ID number
  • Name and address of the person responsible for payments
  • That person's account information
  • Financial institution name and phone number
  • Bank account number and routing number
