IMPORTANT:
Students who have only attended Fullerton and/or Cypress College(s) since Fall 1983 can request their transcripts online. Students who attended prior to Fall 1983 MUST request their transcripts by mail or in person through the Admissions and Records Office.
FEES
The first two copies ever requested are free. Each additional copy costs $3.00. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. WebStar accepts MasterCard and VISA only.
PROCESSING TIME
An online transcript request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the request is submitted, PLUS mailing time. There is NO RUSH SERVICE available for online requests.
NOTE: An online transcript request CANNOT be changed or cancelled once submitted.
HOLDS
A transcript cannot be requested online until ALL outstanding obligations to the College(s) are cleared.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts sent directly from Fullerton College to another institution are considered official. Copies sent to the student are considered official until the envelope is opened.
NO partial transcripts will be issued.
VIEW YOUR UNOFFICIAL WEB TRANSCRIPT BEFORE REQUESTING AN OFFICIAL COPY
You should ensure that all grades are posted to your transcript before requesting an official copy. You can view your unofficial transcript online by selecting the "Student Records" option in myGateway .
Note: Certain items posted to your official transcript do not appear on your unofficial web transcript, such as AA/AS degrees or certificates awarded, General Education Certification, Placement on the Dean's or President's Honor Roll, or placement on Scholastic Dismissal. Additionally any classes completed prior to Fall of 1989 will not be itemized on the unofficial web transcript. These postings will appear on your official transcript, if applicable.
OTHER COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS
Fullerton College & Cypress Colleges are part of the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) but are separate institutions. Classes completed at Fullerton College will only appear on your Fullerton College transcripts, and classes completed at Cypress College will only appear on your Cypress College transcript. Each transcript must be requested separately if you have attended both Cypress and Fullerton College. Both Fullerton and Cypress transcripts can be requested (separately) online through WebStar.
Copies of transcripts from other colleges must be requested from each institution.
CERTIFICATION & CHANGES TO THE TRANSCRIPTS:
Students who require changes to their transcripts before mailing, such as the items listed below, cannot order transcripts by web; only in-person or mail requests are accepted.

ATTACHMENTS TO TRANSCRIPTS:
If the receiving institution has provided forms that are required to be attached/included with the transcript, the transcript request cannot be completed online; You must request your transcript in person or by mail.
