Units/Hours Earned

Units/Hours Earned may be accessed by logging onto myGateway:

1. Click in the center of the blue circle that says "myGateway".

2. Enter your User ID and PIN.

• Your User ID is your Student ID Number, or your social security number with no hyphens.
• Your initial PIN is your six-digit date of birth (mmddyy).

3.Scroll down to the "Student Links" box and click "Student Records".

4. Click on "View Unofficial Web Transcript ".

5. Click on your campus level, then click "Submit".

6.  Scroll down to view your cumulative units/hours earned. If you have attended both Cypress and Fullerton Colleges, you will need to add the two cumulative totals from both colleges.

PIN Disabled?

If you have any difficulty logging on due to a disabled PIN, use our auto PIN reset feature on myGateway. Just click "PIN Reset" located in the "Forgot PIN?" box..
