What is the fee for ordering transcripts by mail or in person?

All fees must accompany transcript requests.
The first two transcripts EVER requested are free.
Subsequent transcripts are issued at a cost of $3.00 per copy.
For "Hand Carry" or "Rush" requests, there is a $10.00 fee for every five transcripts requested in addition to the regular transcript fee of $3.00 per copy.
A "Hand Carry" must be requested in-person at the Admissions & Records Office and will be available for pick-up in 1-3 business days.
*HAND CARRY TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BEING REQUESTED*
A "Rush" is mailed out 1-3 business days from the day the request is received.
The regular processing takes 7-10 business days.

I need my final grades from this term.

Transcript requests will not be held for final term grades. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all grades have been posted prior to requesting a transcript. Current grades are available on WebStar

I need my transcripts sent to multiple locations.

You must fill out a "Transcript Request Form" for each location that the transcript is being mailed to. For example, if you are sending your transcripts to 2 different colleges, you must submit 2 request forms.

How can I obtain a transcript request form?

At the Admissions& Records Office
On-line -For mail-in requests only.

If you are unable to download the transcript form above, you may send a letter including the following:

Your first, middle and last names. Include all former names you have used
Your date of birth
Your social security number
The approximate date you last attended Fullerton College
Your current mailing address and telephone number with area code
The names and addresses of the institutions the transcripts are to be mailed to (or request that they be mailed to your home address)
The number of transcripts to be mailed to each institution
Your signature on the letter
A check or money order made out to Fullerton College (see fee information above)
