have on file with Fullerton College.

Attention AOL Users ATTENTION AOL USERS Attention AOL Users ATTENTION AOL USERS Attention AOL Users

myGateway cannot e-mail a PIN Reset key to an "@aol.com" e-mail address because AOL's spam
prevention filter perceives it to be junkmail or spam.

Therefore, if your account has been disabled, and you have an AOL.COM e-mail address on file,
contact the Admissions and Records Office by Telephone, or visit the Admissions counter

Steps to Reset your PIN code through myGateway

  1. After you have been locked out of myGateway, you will be prompted to reset your PIN code.

  2. "Your PIN has been disabled due to too many (3) incorrect login attempts. This has
been done for your secure access."

or you have a different e-mail address on file, call the Admissions helpline to have
    your PIN code reset.

Make sure that emails from noreply@nocccd.edu are not blocked by your email or spam filtering system.

"myGateway PIN Reset Key for <Your Name>"
