Web and Electronic transcript requests are a fast, easy and convenient way to order your transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: Students who have attended Fullerton College from Fall 1983 to present can request their transcripts online provided that you know your Student number or if your SS# is on file. Students who have attended Fullerton College prior to Fall 1983 MUST request transcripts by mail or in-person.
Web requests are official printed Fullerton College transcripts that are mailed to another college/university or other address.
Electronic requests are official Fullerton College transcripts that are sent only to specific colleges/universities electronically. See list below for participating colleges/universities:
DISCLAIMER: Once a web or electronic request has been submitted, no changes are allowed and it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions!
Web Transcripts - 5-7 business days PLUS the mailing time upon receiving the request. There is NO RUSH for web/electronic requests.
Electronic Transcripts - requested through myGateway/WebStar are delivered electronically via the Internet and CCCTran. This should occur within 1 business day and usually within a few hours.
If your transcript includes courses taken prior to Fall 1989, those courses will not be sent electronically. A paper transcript of courses taken prior to Fall 1989 will be mailed within 5-7 business days from the time the request is submitted.
A transcript will not be issued until ALL outstanding obligations to the College(s) are cleared.
Fullerton College & Cypress Colleges are part of the North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) but are separate institutions. Course work taken at Fullerton College will only show transcripts from that campus and course work taken at Cypress College will only show records from that campus.
Copies of transcripts from other colleges must be requested from each institution.
Students who have pending postings and/or changes to their transcripts, such as the items listed below, cannot order transcripts online, only in-person or mail requests are accepted.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure ALL postings and/or changes are complete PRIOR to requesting a transcript. Transcripts will be processed accordingly once received and will NOT be placed on hold for the above requests.
Any school form that is required by the receiving institution to be included with the transcripts cannot be requested online, only in-person or by mail requests are accepted.
Your Banner PIN serves as your electronic signature; therefore, directives executed using your PIN is effectively legitimate under your electronic consent.
